PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum order total of 50 packs of cigarettes, cigars and tobacco per customer. This total can be a combination of our other luxury brand cigarettes, cigar packs, packaged RYO tobacco or packaged pipe tobacco.

As we’re a reasonably small business, we’re sometimes unable to carry unusually high levels of stock so depending on demand when your order is placed, there could be a slight delay in processing your order if we have to order more stock from our suppliers.

If you order a large quantity of Rothmans Original Cigarettes, it’s very likely that we’ll have to order more stock to fulfil your order.

In these instances, we’ll always contact you to let you know.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: unsealed and opened Rothmans Original Cigarettes can’t be returned due to the nature of the product, unless faulty. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.
