PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum order total of 50 packs of cigars, pipe tobacco, cigarettes and tobacco per customer. This total can be a combination of our other cigar packs, packaged pipe tobacco, luxury brand cigarettes or packaged RYO tobacco.
As we’re a reasonably small business, we’re sometimes unable to carry unusually high levels of stock so depending on demand when your order is placed, there could be a slight delay in processing your order if we have to order more stock from our suppliers.
If you order a large quantity of Backwoods Authentic Cigars, it’s very likely that we’ll have to order more stock to fulfil your order.
In these instances, we’ll always contact you to let you know.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: unsealed and opened packs of Backwoods Authentic Cigars can’t be returned due to the nature of the product, unless faulty. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

My pack was unusually dry and one of the cigars even broke. Disappointed

Hi Connor, that’s not the quality we expect from our products. We have recently had quality issues with Backwoods cigars which we are addressing with our supplier. You should have phoned us ASAP. Please contact us about returning the pack, as we need to inspect it and can either send you a replacement or give you a refund. Also we need the batch number to check other stock.
